This is good to know before you choose a package.
Most of the packages apply to WordPress. Moving to a new web host applies to a smaller website, whatever it is built with. Do you have something else? Write to us anyway, and we put together a set-up with a price that you approve first.
In troubleshooting we investigate what triggers the fault and summarise the cause or suggest the next step. We cannot promise that the fault is also fixed within the package. Larger measures are quoted after the troubleshooting, and you approve the quote before anything is done.

If the site works but looks old on a phone, you do not need troubleshooting. Then modernising an old website suits better, and it costs from SEK 2,995 incl. VAT. We give the site a more modern, mobile-friendly layout on the platform it is already on.

Has something stopped working after a change in WordPress?
Describe an error that can be reproduced. We investigate what triggers it and summarise what needs to be done next.

Scope
At most two hours of troubleshooting of a reproducible error in a theme or plugin. Do not send login details in the message; access is arranged securely by agreement.
Not included
A guaranteed fix, new development and premium licences are not included. Larger fixes are quoted after troubleshooting.

Has your WordPress site been hacked?
We clean malware off a hacked WordPress site, update it and change the passwords and security keys. We also take basic security measures (hardening) and write a short report on the probable cause of the intrusion. You learn what was found and what has been done.

Scope
Cleaning of one hacked WordPress site. How much work is required depends on how extensive the intrusion is.
Not included
We cannot promise that the site can be restored or that it will withstand new attacks. If it turns out that the site cannot be restored, you will be told before we do more.

Are the messages from the form not reaching your inbox?
The job covers one thing only: the contact form on your WordPress site, where the messages do not arrive. We fix how the form sends email and how the sender is verified against the email server (authentication). Then we send test messages to check that they reach your inbox.

Scope
One contact form on one WordPress site. The work covers the form’s sending method and authentication, plus test messages.
Not included
Errors outside the form, for example at your email provider, are not fixed in this job – you then get a written explanation and a suggestion for the next step. More than one form is not included.

Visitors rarely wait for a page that loads slowly.
We speed-optimise your WordPress site by switching on caching, which stores pages temporarily so they display faster, and compressing the images. We go through heavy plugins and scripts and clean them up. You get a measurement before and after, so you can see what has happened.

Scope
Speed optimisation of one WordPress website. The measurement is made before and after, so the result can be compared.
Not included
We do not promise any particular score – how much faster the site becomes depends on the site and the web hosting. A new design, a change of theme or web host and licences for paid plugins are not included.

No need to keep track of updates and backups yourself.
We look after your WordPress site every month. We update WordPress, theme and plugins, check that the backup has run and monitor that the site is up. You get one small content change a month and a short report on what we have done.
What is included
Scope
Ongoing care of one WordPress site. The backups are taken by your web host or by a plugin on the site, and we check every month that they have run. The small content change can be, for example, an edited text or image.
Not included
Troubleshooting of errors that already exist is not included, nor are larger changes or new features. Licences for paid plugins are not included. The monitoring means that you are notified during office hours if the site is down – troubleshooting and fixes in the event of an outage are priced separately.

Time to change web host? We handle the move for you.
We move your website and your domain to the new web host and update DNS, that is, the domain’s address settings. We arrange SSL (an encrypted connection) and check redirects and forms. The move is planned so that the interruption is as short as possible.
What is included
Scope
One smaller website, up to about 2 GB, with its domain and DNS is moved to a new web host. No change of design or content is made.
Not included
Fees to the web host are not included, nor is moving email accounts and their contents. We cannot promise that the site is fully available during the move.
