Which technology do you use?
That is decided by the requirements, the systems you already have and who will look after the system afterwards. We do not pick a framework before we know what is to be built.
How involved do I need to be?
You are needed when the requirements are written, when the prototype is reviewed and when each stage is tested. That is when things are cheap to change.
Can you build just one part of a system?
Yes. We can build the whole system or a defined part and connect it to what already exists.
What does software development cost?
