A few straight answers on name, price and what Google decides itself.
Google Business Profile is the current name. It was called Google My Business until the end of 2021. It is the box with the company’s name, opening hours, reviews and map that shows in Google Search and Google Maps. In Google’s Swedish interface it is called “Google Företagsprofil”.
The profile itself is free at Google, and you can create and change it yourself when you are signed in. You pay us for the help in getting the details right, not for the profile.
Verification and publishing are controlled by Google for the profile and by Apple Maps, Bing, Hitta and Eniro for their own services. That is why we cannot promise when or whether a change shows. Ongoing optimisation, account recovery and appeals against suspensions are not included in the one-off update. We never write or buy reviews, and we cannot promise how many are left.
The one-off update applies to a profile that you own and can manage yourself. A new profile is included in the starter package for new companies, and you can also create it yourself at Google at no cost.

You get a ready-made review package with a direct link to your review form on Google, a QR sign and reply templates. The sign has a code that the customer scans with their phone to land straight in the review form. You print the sign and put it up where customers will see it.

Wrong opening hours or address in maps and directories?
We take care of the company’s details in Apple Maps, Bing and the Swedish business directories Hitta and Eniro. We help you through the ownership verification where needed and correct name, address, opening hours, website and categories. The aim is for the details to be correct on every service included.

Not included
The Google profile is not included. Each service controls verification and publication itself, so we cannot promise when or whether a change will appear.
04How it works
The same four steps, whichever package you choose.
Write in the chat what the company is called, which location it concerns and which package you are looking at. We reply on weekdays 09–17 Swedish time.
You get the scope and the final price in writing and approve them before work begins.
We go through the details together, and you approve what is to be changed. Never send passwords. We agree on how access is arranged.
We enter the approved details and briefly tell you what we have done. Google controls publishing and decides whether and when the changes show.

The profile itself, formerly Google My Business, is free at Google. You only pay for the help: a one-off update of the basic details costs from SEK 1,995, the review package from SEK 995 and correcting details in Apple Maps, Bing, Hitta and Eniro from SEK 1,495. The prices include VAT.
Yes. Google Business Profile is the current name of what was called Google My Business until the end of 2021. It is the same profile under two names, and it is free at Google.
You can create the profile yourself at Google at no cost, and Google decides verification and publishing. Do you want a new profile together with a domain, email and a presentation site? It is included in the starter package for new companies, which costs from SEK 4,995 incl. VAT. The one-off update applies to a profile that already exists.
You change them yourself when you are signed in as the administrator of the profile. Do you want name, category, opening hours and links gone through in one and the same job? We do that in the one-off update, which costs from SEK 1,995 incl. VAT.
No. Account recovery and appeals against suspensions are not included in the one-off update, which applies to a profile that you own and can manage. Such cases go through Google’s own support, because Google controls verification and publishing.
Make it easy for customers to leave a review. The review package, from SEK 995 incl. VAT, gives you a direct link to the review form, a QR sign to print, reply templates and a short guide on how to ask for reviews. We never write or buy reviews and cannot promise how many are left.
Common causes are that the profile is not verified yet, that it is new or that the details do not match. Google decides what shows and when, not us. What we can do is make sure the details match, and that is included in the one-off update.
